Introduction
Sansoz provide services to you subject to the notices, terms, and conditions set forth in this agreement. Besides, you will obey the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such services before you use them. We reserve the right to change this Site and these terms and conditions at any time.
Before proceeding, please read this agreement because accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site indicates your agreement to all the terms and conditions in this agreement.
Term of Use
You shall not upload, distribute, or otherwise publish through this Site any Content, information, or other material that:
(a) Includes any bugs, viruses, worms, trap doors, Trojan horses, or other harmful code or properties;
(b) is libellous, threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, pornographic, discriminatory, or could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under the laws of the U.S. or the laws of any other country that may apply;
(c) Violates or infringes upon the copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of any person.
Accounts and Security
Sansoz may give you an account identification and password to enable you to access and use certain portions of this Site. Each time you use a password or identification, you are deemed to be authorized to access and use the Site in a manner consistent with the terms and conditions of this agreement, and Sansoz has no obligation to investigate the source of any such access or use of the Site.
Unless explicitly permitted by our company in advance, all materials, including images, text, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, programs, music clips or downloads, video clips and written and other materials that are part of this Site (collectively, the “Contents”) are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may not make any commercial use of any of the information provided on the Site or make any use of the Site for the benefit of another business. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if we believe that customer conduct violates applicable laws or is harmful to our interests. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise exploit this Site or any portion of it unless expressly permitted by our company in writing.
You will be solely responsible for all access to and use of this site by anyone using the password and identification originally assigned to you whether or not such access to and use of this site is actually authorized by you, including without limitation, all communications and transmissions and all obligations (including without limitation financial obligations) incurred through such access or use. You are solely responsible for protecting the security and confidentiality of the password and identification assigned to you. You shall immediately notify Sansoz of any unauthorized use of your password or identification or any other breach or threatened breach of this Site’s security.
Intellectual Property Infringement Policy
Sansoz strictly respects the intellectual property rights of third parties. We hold zero tolerance and will take measures against any infringement and/or forged of intellectual property. Any form of unauthorized copying, transmission, or alteration is prohibited. If any listing is found to breach Sansoz’s policy, we will not hesitate and will be taking measures immediately.
Sansoz often reviews listings to avoid any possible intellectual property infringement. However, due to the high number of listings by sellers and providers, we are unable to identify all intellectual property infringements. Therefore, we urge our customers or intellectual property rights holders to work together and provide a better shopping experience for everyone. Tax Policy
Paying tax on orders strictly depends on the specific country that is receiving the shipped goods. Tax varies from one country to another. Some countries may have no issue with importing goods into, yet some countries are restrictive and require high import taxes. Therefore, you would need to do some research beforehand when importing large quantities of products to your country.
Some customs require taxes on certain types of imported products at certain quantities and values. While some customs in other countries may not have this practice. Should there be any import duty and sales tax being charged, Sansoz is not liable as you are responsible for checking the taxes in your country.

Limited License
Subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement, hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the Site by displaying it on your Internet browser only for the purpose of shopping and not for any commercial use or use on behalf of any third party, except as explicitly permitted by Sansoz in advance. Any violation of this Agreement shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without notice to you.
Privacy
Sansoz take responsibilities in “Privacy Laws” and regulations and all your personal information is treated confidentially. We also comply with the requirements under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”). The term “Personal Data” refers to your personal information as an individual, defined under PDPA. Moreover, Sansoz is compliant with The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679.

Warranty & Returns
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us at sales@sansoz.com within 12 hours.
Do note that, in the event when the shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- you receive the wrong item/defective item
- you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
Notes:
- You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by contacting our customer service team or drop us an email at sales@sansoz.com.
- Sansoz reserve the right to reject any refunds if the ordered products do not meet any of the above conditions.

By accepting these Terms of Use through your use of the Site, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18 years old, please use this Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Bugs
Sansoz strives hard to ensure to regulate and monitor the website to provide a better shopping experience for you. However, there might be bugs that may affect the system occasionally. In this case, buyers’ have no right to obtain benefits from such bugs as this may cause unfairness to each and everyone shopping at Sansoz.
Product/Pricing Error(s)
Despite Sansoz aims for zero errors by providing accurate product and pricing information, some typographical errors may occur. In the event if an item is listed at a wrong price or information due to an error, Sansoz reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders placed for that item. In this case, Sansoz, at our sole discretion, may notify you and contact you for more details.
Pricing in Different Currencies
Sansoz currently accepts SGD, Yen, RMB, Euro, Korean won and USD. The pricing of products sold by Sansoz is upon figures calculated in SGD. Therefore, please understand that there may be fluctuations in currency values.
